Description
This online course MSK MRI for beginners will enable you to understand how different joints and MSK tissues can be imaged and the appearance of injuries and stress reactions. Tendons, ligaments, bone, muscle, and cartilage will be covered extensively, as well as the structure of your search pattern, how you should approach each study, and how to work accurately and efficiently.
Relevant clinical cases will accompany the lectures, giving the participants real-life examples of how to start reporting efficiently.
After this radiology course, you should be ready for MSK reporting, emphasising injury – understanding what is important to look for, and what you should not spend too much time on. Basic injury patterns, stress reactions, degenerative disease and the body’s attempt to heal will be explained. Each of the major joints/regions will be described, as well as patterns of pathology in bone, bone marrow, and soft tissues.
