Description
This fellowship is designed for Radiologists, who want to learn the state of the art of the use of whole-body MRI in oncology . All aspects of whole-body MRI will be covered, from technical basis and MR protocols, to cancer specific clinical applications. Presentation of each topic will commence with a lecture followed by a review of carefully selected cases, to facilitate case-based learning.
TMC Academy online radiology courses are held in a virtual classroom environment on Zoom. Participants are encouraged to engage in discussions making use of their camera and microphone to recreate the face-to-face experience. Online sessions are recorded so that participants can review on their own time following the training.
In this small group environment among your peers, you are free to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn together with the support of the radiologist mentor.
CME Certificate
This radiology course is organised by TMC Academy, an EACCME Trusted Provider.
🗨 Testimonials:
“It was very useful session for me, I learned a lot of new information, and despite of that, I attended the session of WB MRI in multiple myeloma last year. I learned a little bit more about the protocol of WB MRI in oncology and in the screening of risk populations, and I learnt a lot about assessment and doing a report with ONCO-RADS and RAC scale. Many thanks to Prof. Petralia and TMC academy.”
Dr. Martina Vranovská, Radiologist, National Cancer Institute, Bratislava , Slovak Republic (Fellow, May 2024)
“Overall, a very good fellowship with high-quality material. I enjoyed learning the theory and the latest concepts and imaging techniques. The discussion around the different cases' evaluation of images and a diagnostic approach guided by experts was valuable. A wonderful introduction into whole-body MRI Oncology.”
