Description

During this fellowship CT/MR technique as well as the different pathologies of the liver will be shown, in an interactive way, trying to illustrate the best technique according to the different clinical fields. Special emphasis will be given to CT and MR, especially liver specific MR contrast media. Pathologies will be shown either in the hepatic parenchyma either in the biliary context. Diagnosis, differential diagnosis, staging and assessment of therapeutic response will be illustrated.

TMC Academy fellowships are held in a virtual classroom environment on Zoom. Participants are encouraged to engage in discussions making use of their camera and microphone in order to recreate the face-to-face experience.

In this small group environment among your peers, you are free to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn together with the support of the radiologist mentor.

This fellowship is organised by TMC Academy, an EACCME Trusted Provider.

Testimonials:

"I have been working as a General Radiologist with interest in GI radiology since 8 years. I always wanted to update my knowledge in hepatic imaging. I have previously attended ESGAR course on Liver imaging which improved my basic heaptic radiology skills. I recently attended Felllowship course in Liver imaging organised by TMC and had great expectations. The course exceeded my expectations and helped me immensely in understanding the hepatic imaging in more detail. It had given me confidence how to approach and report more complex studies. I definitely recommend this course to all the radiologists interested improving their skills in Liver Imaging.”
Dr Venkata Narasimha Kumar Pulupula, Consultant Radiologist, Chester, United Kingdom (Fellow, October 2022)

"Really a different course: with the opportunity to learn with Dr. Morana, from his lectures full of "daily practice" experience and discuss lots of cases.”
M. Catarina Tavares, Unilabs-Portugal(Fellow, October 2022)

"This course was attractive as it was online , so we could attend online fellowshiply. The second best part of this course was the individual case discussions. This provided us the opportunity to think scientifically and implement our knowledge to identify the abnormality and characterize the lesions for appropriate diagnosis.”
Dr SG (Fellow, October 2022)

"Great Fellowship, a must for every radiologist. The liver is the most common problem we phase in oncology, we have to attend at least 10 fellowships like this in my opinion.”
Dr. Anees Jwad, Radiologist, United Kingdom (Fellow, October 2022)

"Very well-organized online fellowship felt I am really attending a structured educational activity live. All facilities were available to maximize the active interaction with the mentor, and colleagues. Study materials were well prepared ahead of the start of the event and the Online PACS gave it unique experience viewing the cases same as in a clinical setup. So grateful for the huge efforts by the organizers.”
Dr. Magdy Soliman, Consutant Radiologist, United Kingdom (Fellow, October 2022)

"Excellent course. Dr Giovanni answered and explained all the questions from participants very clearly.”
Dr. Ani Darwina Abd Halim, Radiologist, Malaysia (Fellow, October 2021)
