The training platform runs entirely in the browser but the online PACS places a considerable load on the hardware and internet connection when viewing and loading cases.

  • * Tested with Safari on iPad 9.7 (2017), should also work on Android with Chrome. User interface not optimized for smaller screens. Large cases (more than 600 images) are not able to be opened on tablet or mobile devices due to memory constraints.

    Prof. Anwar R. Padhani is a renowned Oncological MRI radiologist and clinical lead in MRI and head of imaging research at the Paul Strickland Scanner Centre, London. He is Professor of Cancer Imaging at the Institute of Cancer Research, London, and chairman of the executive board and Trustee of the International Cancer Imaging Society (ICIS). He has contributed significantly to the development of innovative research programs investigating the use of functional imaging on the microenvironment of human tumours. He has advised the National Cancer Institute of the USA and Cancer Research UK (CR-UK) on early clinical trials imaging methodology and established MRI perfusion and diffusion as biomarkers of tumour response. He is a recognised cancer imaging expert and has published over 117 full scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals. He has given over 350 invited lectures at national and international scientific and educational medical meetings and has received several education-related awards.
