We will create a user account for each attendee of the purchased
services if a user with the same email doesn't already exist. For all
new users an email will be sent with instructions on how to
continue setting up the account.

TMC Academy offers a 7-day money back guarantee with all annual subscriptions for first time subscribers. Renewal orders won’t be refunded but you can cancel the renewal at any time.

How do I cancel my recurrent subscription?
Send us an email at academy.info@telemedicineclinic.com and we will cancel your renewal. You won’t be charged on the renewal date and you will have access to your subscription until it expires. No portion of the renewed subscription will be refunded.
